The Ripon Education Foundation was proud to be part of the Music in Our Schools annual concert held March 10 in the Ripon High School gym. The evening featured talented student musicians from across the district, with memorable performances by both bands and choirs.

A special highlight of the concert was the premiere of a commissioned piece by composer William C. Louis-Brux, performed by a joint chorus and band of students grades 5-12. The work was created especially for the occasion and made possible through a grant from the Ripon Education Foundation. REF board members were also on hand throughout the evening to accept donations in support of future music education grants.
